Fixed vs. Flexible Commitments

  • Fixed Commitments: Tasks that must be done at a certain time.
  • The Weekly Schedule and the Planner help to track your fixed commitments.
  • Flexible Commitments: Obligations or tasks that you can meet on your own time.
  • A To-Do List is ideal for Flexible Commitments

To-Do List

  • Laundry
  • Finish Reading for Class
  • Complete Program Evaluations
  • Send in Weekly Report

Keep the Balls in the Air

  • Staying organized can help you keep on track with your responsibilities and doing so will help to keep your stress level manageable.
  • Be sure to take care of yourself; pushing yourself too hard can strain the balance of your glass balls and that would distract you from keeping your rubber ball in the air.
