Contents of Volumes I through XX in alphabetical order Ridvan 1924 through Ridvan 1992 27 October 2012 The first of these 20 volumes was titled THE BAHA’I YEAR BOOK, 1925 The entries for these tables have been taken from the reprint volumes I-XII (1-12), and from the 1st editions of The Baha’i World, volumes XIII-XX (13-20). The table here is shown at 90% size with 9 point Verdana font. Any errors, changes or inconsistencies are to be attributed to the compiler. Many apologies for the many abbreviations and for any difficulties encountered. To help facilitate trying to find contents that are related to each other the files will be sent in two ways: the contents, vol I- vol XX in a chronological table in the order in which they appear, volume by volume; the contents from the 20 volumes collated into almost complete alphabetical order; In order that these files can be opened they are presented in three formats: WORD, PDF and/or Rich Text. Sometimes an entry is only one word, but since the page & volume number is given one can look at the contents table, as shown in (A) above. Notes: 1. There are no special letters in the tables and most of the accents are missing; 2. A number in ( ) indicates the number of articles, authors, photos, poems, songs, views, etc. that are listed; 3. Most of the names have been given without titles or degrees; 4. The obituaries from the In Memoriam sections are listed alphabetically by their last name; 5. The In Memoriam sections can be requested as they are available in separate files; 6. Similar entries are not always in chronological order; 7. Some entries have been slightly altered because of space in the table; 8. The volume numbers are given in both Arabic & Roman Numerals; 9. Sometimes several entries will be listed together under one heading; 10. Main headings are given along with some of the sub-headings; 11. Written numbers will sometimes be shortened to Arabic numerals; 12. The first pages, in Roman numerals, have been changed to Arabic numbers with 4 zeros added; 13. Baha’i World Volumes begin the 21 April of the first year and end at the 20 April of the last year; 14. The words “A”, “An” & “The”, at the beginning of most entries, have been left out; 15. Some of the small words: about, and, at, by, for, from, in, of, on, etc. have also at times been left out; 16. The months of the year are abbreviated to the first 3 letters of each month; 17. In volume XIX, page 517 is where page 496 should be, and vice-versa; 18. In volume XX, page numbers 764-772 have been omitted, & page 576 listed as page 572; 19. In volume XX, page III, the Title Page, the B.E. date should read: 143-148.
