Villegas Wesley Lance J. - The Age of Aritificial Intelligence

Villegas Wesley Lance J.
According to the video, A.I. is a branch of computer science dealing with the simulation of intelligent behavior in computers. In short, a computer can think and learn just like humans. Also, this video will clarify or explain common misunderstandings about machine learning, algorithms, computer vision, and big data. The video tackles the purposes of A.I., improving technologies, and collaboration between humans and machines. Also, in this documentary, some questions will get answers, like Can A.I. make music? Can it feel excitement and fear? Tell your insights about Baby X. Is it alive? and Mark Sagar push the limits of what a machine can do?
How far is too far, and how much further can we go?. In the question of Can A.I. make music? the answer is yes; why? Gil Weinberg shows us that A.I. can understand music and also make music. An example of this is the first robotic musician Shimon that has the ability to find patterns, so this is Machine Learning. Machine learning is the ability of an A.I. to find patterns in data.
An example of this is making music is showing them the notes, and then they will find patterns for that note then Shimon will manipulate it. The next question is Can it feel excitement and fear? The answer is yes because A.I. is an emulation of us also. A.I. has a virtual neural network that is much simpler than the human brain. In short, the brain of an AI. will get feel excited or scared by showing or teaching them what is scary or what is exciting and scary. A.I. also uses object recognition which is how A.I. identifies an object and can tell the difference. A.I. also has Affective Computing, which is in progress and needs improvement for better interpreting and simulating human emotion. Next are my insights about Baby X and is she alive? My insights about Baby X are that this A.I. is impressive; she can be taught like a baby and has emotions.
I'm also amazed that she is close to digital consciousness but is not alive. She's just like a human-like A.I. Next, did and Mark Sagar push the limits of what a machine can do? Not much because they said, they would make a human-like A.I. but not the same as a human. They will build human-like A.I. However, there is still A.I. in there, which thinks, talk, and act like an A.I., So people don't freak out. Also, A.I. is to enhance humans, not replace humans, So they will not push the limits of what a machine can do. The last question is, How far is too far, and how much further can we go? The answer is there is no limit to how much further we can go because we have free will. Also, everyone is curious about how much further we can go and what A.I. can do? But we can go far as we want, but we will not push it to the limit.
