Pearl Sparks Pilot Service Award
The Pearl Sparks Pilot Service Award recognizes a Pilot who has contributed to Pilot Club sponsored service projects and who exemplifies the Pilot Code of Ethics.
Requirements: The nominee shall be current in all PI obligations, both financial and procedural as defined in the Pilot International Bylaws and Policies. Entries must be postmarked by May 15th and may include documentation from May 1st of the previous Pilot year through April 30th of the current Pilot year. Submit your entry to Pilot International Headquarters, 102 Preston Court, Macon, GA, 31210.
Determination of the recipient will be made by an Awards Committee appointed by the Pilot International President and approved by the Executive Committee. The award will be given annually only if qualified applicants meet the stipulated criteria.

Attach a Project List with number of volunteer hours in Pilot Club sponsored service projects, from May 1st of the previous Pilot year through April 30th of the current Pilot year and signed by the Club President. (A minimum of 40 hours is required.) ________.
Attach recommendations completed by two (2) Pilots who have knowledge of nominee’s involvement in service projects and how the nominee exemplifies the Pilot Code of Ethics through service in 300 words or less. (See specifics below)
Nominee submits an essay of 300 words or less addressing why they commit to serve others as a member of Pilot International.
