One Associate Professor of Chemistry got the best teacher award from Pondicherry University. It was awarded for his sincerity and extra hours of teaching during non-working hours.

By student feedback along with questionnaire and results produced by them during University examinations. The students assess their teachers with their interaction and various questions raised by the students to their teachers.

Circulars are issued to the student community along with faculty members and evaluation process carried out for effective student teacher interaction in the respective subjects. Both teacher-student and student –teacher vice versa evaluation process is carried out frequently for effective learning and teaching process.

Self appraisal form and confidential reports and faculty bio-data are submitted now and then by the faculty members to the University affiliation and Govt purpose.
