My job profile is to handle the Distributors and its sales team. To achieve the monthly
target of all KPI’s (Dist by Dist) through my sale team. And to appoint new Distributor for

My job profile was doing activations through my SME’s ,IFFCO Societie, SHG’s, Fertilizers & Pesticides Shops, opening of new Societies, taking care of Zone’s barring % and Negative AV %, appointing new SME’s and Distributors in different areas of the Zone and after all taking a good care of my team.
