BOWL FOR KIDS SAKE 2015

Big Brothers Big Sisters in Victoria matches about 500 children to improve their lives. We have 100 children on the waiting list. Most are boys and stay on that list for up to 2 years. We have volunteers but not the resources to set up the matches. Making a match is an important step and great care must be taken. We are raising money to reduce that waiting list.

I'm bowling in the 2015 Bowl for Kids Sake for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Victoria on April 10 and I'd like you to sponsor me. You can do it online and will automatically get a tax receipt.   http://bowlforkidssakevictoria.kintera.org/mikewyeth

KAPESSANI, REAL ESTATE, AND THE GETTING HIGHER CHOIR

I am a Realtor with ReMax Camosun.  As you may know Realtors develop a thriving business through referrals.  So, yes, this is about my fellow choir members thinking of me for their real estate needs, and, passing my name on to friends and family when they are buying or selling a home.

But I want referrals that come to me through the choir to benefit the choir’s Mozambique projects.  So, here is the promise I am making.  For every referral I get through a choir member that results in a closed sale; I will write out a cheque for $500.00 to the Caia Connection.

It feels like a win/win to me and I hope you agree. I can be reached at 250-818-3134. Be sure to specify that your call is the result of a choir community referral (GHC, HNC, Soundings or CCLT)

Please sponsor me in
BOWL FOR KIDS SAKE 2015
(April 10)

The Last Blonde Joke

Submitted by: Bill Hanson GHC Bass etc.

Whenever I find myself in a group of men who start telling blonde jokes (rare these days but it happens) I like to wait for 3 or 4 to go by and then I tell this one in question form….
Why are blonde jokes so simple?
This question is invariably met with blank stares.
It is a very strange phenomenon but when I give the answer my blonde joke just as invariably turns out to be the last one.
