The school is located in Pallisa District in the Eastern Region of Uganda which is about 200Km away from Kampala in Uganda. The school if funded needs to expand its structures to 10 acreage land in Jinja District.

To be the leading Nursery and Primary school in quality education and high standard in Eastern Uganda by 2030 and open up a vocational training institute for primary drop outs.

We work to serve with quality, honest, loyalty and ethics to do things sensibly and fairly to all parties

  1. AIMS AND OBJECTIVES:-

  1. To provide free education to the needy children so as to have bright future for them

  2. To help the disabled children have access to education and feel free with others

  3. To avail technical skills (construction, carpentry & joinery, welding, brick laying etc) to the children

  4. To create God fearing citizens by teaching Bible Studies

  5. To improve the welfare and health of our children

  6. To reduce Unemployment among the people in the community

  7. To improve the infrastructure in the area as the school grows

  8. To have all School going children in this area have access to education

  9. To encourage girl child have access to education

  10. To increase the number of children to 1500 pupils

  1. SWOT ANNALYSIS:

11. a. STRENGTHS:-

  1. The number of children are increasing day by day due to team work in mobilization

  2. The Parents and Guardians have back up and trust in school administration and staffs

  3. We have some few structures that accommodate children other than some schools which do not have any, and use trees as classrooms

  4. Qualified and well trained staff members are recreated by the school management

  5. The teachers and staff members have team spirit or team work making work easier to monitor by School management

  6. Good infrastructure like roads in place making the school accessible

  7. Commitment by all teachers, supporting staff and management in place

11. b. WEAKNESSES:-

  1. Inadequate finance for construction of additional buildings and payment of staff salaries and other expenses

  2. Less land that needs expansion for more buildings

  3. Lack of financiers to offer grants or donations for the development of the school

  4. Lack of wheel chairs for disabled children discourages them from coming to school

  5. Mobilization of community is not easy due to ignorance of other parents and guardians

  6. Inadequate transport to reach to many rural areas

11. c. OPPORTUNITIES:-

  1. Good roads around the area make the school accessible

  2. Accessibility of electricity in the area

  3. Accessibility of water supply in the area

  4. Accessibility to health facilities

11. d. THREATS:-

1. Congestion can lead to transmission or spread of epidemic or diseases

2. Inadequate funds to pay for salaries and other costs demoralizes staff in their performance

3. Lack of a fence around the school to prevent intruders from accessing school compound

4. Political insurgency disorganizes school programs

5. Inadequate food to feed children throughout the year

6. Lack of medicine in health facilities


  1. RESULTS AND OUT COMES EXPECTED:-

After the completion of construction and purchase of all required equipment, the following is expected:



  1. Self-Reliance. After completion of the five years project, we will be able to fund our own school expenses or costs

  2. We will be capable of having employable staff from our own students who will have completed further studies

  3. Employment opportunity will have been created since some of the students will create own jobs on vocational skills acquired and employment of other staffs.

  4. Development of infrastructure with in the area- roads, electricity, water, health facilities, schools etc

  5. The school will be able to save money for future development
