About ALMA The Association of Latino/as Motivating Action (ALMA) works to fight for the rights of the Latino Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender and Questioning (LGBTQ) community by advocating for fairness and equality and by affirming Latino LGBTQ culture.
