Figures and TablesThere are rules for how to introduce figures and tables, how to label them, and how to add captions. If you are adding figures or tables to a paper, then look up the details. Pay careful attention to the correct way to add a citation to a caption, if you need one. You may ignore the rule for double-spacing information in figures and tables. Ideally, insert figures or tables near where they are mentioned in the text, or you may place them at the end of the paper if they can’t be adequately scaled down to fit into the narrative.
