Further, Chapters 4, 5 and 10 present articles co-authored with "A", "B", "C" and "D".
In the case of Chapters 4 and 5 my contribution to the work involved the provision of the data, the preliminary analysis and categorisation of the data into a usable format and providing direction on the scope and structure of the analysis. In the case of Chapter 10 my role involved most of the computer programming and analysis of results.
