In-class Age of Exploration essay
Essay Question: To what extent was exploration a beneficial period of cultural diffusion and interaction?
Guidelines: the in-class timed essay will include 4 paragraphs graded as per our rubric @ 10 points each:


  • Introduction

  • Two interior paragraphs (for two key points) - one which covers benefits and one which covers detriments of the age of exploration

  • Conclusion


An outline prepared prior to the in-class essay will be graded for 10 points but will not be available for reference during the timed-essay block. The essay will written on a lined template with prompts for each paragraph.
