Tau Beta Pi / SAE Engineering Scholarship Deadline: March 15, 2017
The purpose of the Tau Beta Pi is to recognize engineering students of superior scholarship and exemplary character and to foster a spirit of liberal culture in engineering colleges. Headquartered in Knoxville, Tennessee, the Association's largest national philanthropy is its fellowship program, which has provided $4,565,000 in advanced-study grants to 870 students, and the scholarship program that has provided $958,000 in awards to 479 engineering seniors. Six scholarships valued at $1,000 each will be awarded for the freshman year only.
TMC/SAE Donald D. Dawson Technical Scholarship Deadline: March 15, 2017
As a transport equipment manager, Mr. Dawson combined extraordinary technical understanding and knowledge with vision and foresight to develop practical solutions to equipment problems and vehicle design. A dedicated, lifelong student of his profession and technology, he encouraged professional development in those with whom he worked. This scholarship is intended to encourage the ideal of Mr. Dawson's respected technical competence in transport management. One scholarship will be awarded each year for $1,500 per year.
Anthem Essay Contest Deadline: March 29, 2017
Eligibility for Anthem: 8th, 9th and 10th Grade. 1st Place: $2,000. 2nd Place: $500. 3rd Place: $200. Finalists: $50. Semifinalists: $30. Students must choose from one of three topics listed on the website to write an essay. Essays will be judged on whether the student is able to argue for and justify his or her view-not on whether the Institute agrees with the view the student expresses. Judges will look for writing that is clear, articulate and logically organized. Winning essays must demonstrate an outstanding grasp of the philosophic meaning of Anthem.
Internet Marketing Scholarship Deadline: March 31, 2017
We have created the Duffel Bags Boy Internet Marketing Scholarship for High School, Undergraduate or Postgraduate students with the passion of "Internet Marketing" to receive a $1,250 award. This scholarship is only for students that are currently enrolled in colleges, universities or high schools. Those students who are currently studying in the areas of Marketing, Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Programming or Communications may be extremely interested in this scholarship program. One does not require any expertise in this area. Passion for internet marketing content creation is enough.
HSF/General College Scholarships are designed to assist students of Hispanic heritage obtain a college degree. Scholarships are available on a competitive basis to: graduating high school seniors, community college transfer students, undergraduate students, & graduate students. Awards are based on merit; amounts range from $500 to $5,000, based on relative need, among the Scholars selected.

At Hiking Ambition our goal is to make hiking and any outdoor adventure easier and more accessible for everyone interested in learning and exploring the wilderness. We have created the Hiking Ambition Wellness Scholarship for high school, undergraduate or postgraduate students who are committed to a lifetime of healthy habits to receive a $1,000 award. Students who are currently enrolled in a high school, college, university, or trade school are encouraged to submit their application. To participate in this scholarship, you will have to write about a practical approach to a healthy lifestyle during high school, college or university years.
